1. Non-Returnable Purchases

  • Final Sale: All purchases made from our online store at www.Crunchbury.in are final and not returnable once purchased. Kindly go through your order carefully before making the payment for your purchase.

2. Product Replacement

  • Goods Damaged on Delivery: In case any of the products in your delivery have been damaged, then we offer full replacement. All our customers have to do is contact our customer support team in an email or by a phone call for us to verify your damage. Once confirmed, your replacement order is sent out immediately.

3. Replacement and Refund Timeline

  • Valid Request Period: Raise the query within 15 days from the date of order placed and request not later than 3 days after receiving your goods from our shipping partner. Only then will a replacement or refund be done.
  • Processing Limitation: Kindly note that we would not process any query, concern, or replacement or refund request beyond 30 days from the date of order confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Window

  • Cancellation Before Time: You can cancel your order within a time period of 4 hours from the time you place your order. Kindly send an email to Care@Crunchbury.in mentioning your order number.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refund Period: The money will be refunded within 5-10 working days back into the source of payment.
