📜 Terms & Conditions – Crunch Cash Program

1. Eligibility

  • Crunch Cash is available to registered members of CrunchBury who make purchases through our official channels (online or offline, as applicable).
  • Membership is free, but all customers must provide accurate personal details to avail cashback benefits.

2. Cashback Credit

  • Cashback is calculated on the net invoice value (after applying discounts, coupons, taxes, or delivery charges).
  • Cashback will be credited to your CrunchBury wallet/account within 72 hours of a successful transaction.

3. Redemption & Expiry

  • Cashback can be redeemed only for future purchases at CrunchBury and has no direct cash value.
  • Cashback is applied on a “first-earned, first-used” basis.
  • Cashback will expire 3 months from the month in which it was awarded.
    • Example: Earned on Jan 15, 2025 → expires Apr 30, 2025.
  • Expired cashback cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.

4. Limits

  • A maximum of ₹150 cashback per transaction and ₹3,000 cashback in 6 months applies.
  • Cashback cannot be transferred, exchanged, or clubbed with other loyalty programs.

5. Bonus Rewards

  • Sign-Up Bonus: A one-time ₹20 cashback upon registration.
  • Birthday Bonus: A one-time ₹20 cashback in your birthday month, subject to a valid date of birth being registered at least 30 days prior.

6. Monitoring & Dashboard

  • Customers can track cashback earned, redeemed, and expired via their CrunchBury account dashboard.

7. Misuse & Fraud

  • CrunchBury reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or adjust cashback in case of suspected fraud, misuse, order cancellations, or returns.
  • Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the program may result in suspension of the account and forfeiture of accumulated cashback.

8. Program Changes

  • CrunchBury reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the cashback program at any time without prior notice.
  • However, all cashback already credited will remain valid until its expiry date.

9. Legal Disclaimer

  • The cashback program does not constitute legal tender.
  • All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Moga, Punjab, India.
  • Participation in the program implies acceptance of these terms.
